Abstract

|
The purpose of this paper was to analyze the expected socioeconomic benefit by the introduction of t he Long-Term C are Insurance. T he r esults b ased o n input-output a nalysis were as follows. First, the direct and indirect socioeconomic benefits were estimated from the minimum 2.5176 billion won to t he maximum 2 .6205 b illion won in 2 008. Moreover, the effect o n creating n ew jobs including operation and management were estimated from 63,818 people to 92,252 people in 2008.
